AERIAL, ACRO, & CIRCUS KIDS (6-8 years)
No experience required for this class!
This class is for your budding Circus Star! With an introduction to all the things the circus has to offer, this action-packed class teaches your kiddo balance skills, prop manipulation skills, ground and aerial acrobatics.
There is something for every kid in this class!

We have just the place for them to come and hone their balancing skills and learn what it means to defy gravity. Tight wire, unicycle, stilts, walking ball, and more. This 60-minute class, once a week, gives students the opportunity to explore their balance and grow their skills in a safe and coached environment.

This aerial skills class is designed for new students to aerial training. We focus on safe foundations and progressions in trapeze, hoop, and silks. We believe that setting strong foundations when students begin their aerial journey sets them up for success in this class and any other aerial training they pursue in the future.

With the skills learned in our Mixed Aerial Foundations in hand, our Junior Level Trapeze & Hoop class gives our students the opportunity to focus their training efforts on trapeze & hoop. This more advanced class begins to advance their skills and introduces students to the required strength and conditioning required to safely achieve and execute more advanced elements.

Pre-requisite = Students must be comfortable with inversion to participate in this class
Our adult Aerial Rope class allows for the exploration of vertical space, inversion, and foundational rope/corde lise skills.
This multi-level and progression-based class promises to challenge those new to rope as well as those more experienced students.

Pre-Requisite = This class is by invitation as there are technical requirements that must be met.
With the skills learned in our Mixed Aerial Foundations in hand, this class gives our students the opportunity to grow their skills in trapeze, hoop, and silks. This more advanced class begins to introduce students to the required strength and conditioning required to safely achieve and execute more advanced elements.

ACRO YOGA FOUNDATIONS (Adults)
No experience necessary for this class.
This beginner acro yoga class will introduce you to the basic concepts of partner acrobatics. You will build strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness, all while playing and exploring new shapes.
You will learn to safely execute movements with one or more partners, as well as different spotting techniques.
Be ready to go upside down, literally lift other people up, and find a new way to play and interact with friends in a safe space.
Come with a partner or by yourself.

PHYSICAL THEATRE INTENSIVE: THE PHYSICAL BODY
We will start with Corporeal Mime, then explore physical movement through Body Mapping, Body Leads, Alphabet of Walking, Laban Action Efforts, Movement though Breath, Status, and Physicalizing elements, animals, and metaphors. We will create a group choreography through an exercise called Walk, Run, Hop, Drop, Stop.
Class will begin with physical warmups and interactive team-building games. Please dress accordingly.
PHYSICAL THEATRE INTENSIVE: MASK
Through improvisation exercises, we will explore the Masked Body as a performance tool. We will create characters starting with neutral face masks, and then move to half face masks, on to full face masks, animal masks, and traditional Balinese and African masks. We will work in solo and in group situations to explore the mystical, magical, and mostly hysterical world of mask.
Class will begin with physical warmups and interactive team-building games. Please dress accordingly.
PHYSICAL THEATRE INTENSIVE: CLOWN
Come and play, discover your clown, or explore some new worlds with an existing clown. This class gives participants a safe opportunity to try and fail, freak out and flop in front of a group of supportive people. We will work the Joey and August relationship, develop hierarchy in the group, and bring the clowns together to solve all the world’s problems. Be prepared to let go, use clown logic, and follow your heart in fun filled clown class!
